§ 228-3. Permit required; exceptions. [Amended 3-26-86 by Ord. No. 0-6-86; 8-23-89 by Ord. No. 0-36-89]
Subsection C below, from the Township of Winslow, except for the following types of signs for which no permit shall be required:
(1) Directional signs.
(2) Professional signs.
(3) Real estate signs.
(4) Traffic signs.
(5) Signs with an area of less than one (1) square foot.
(6) Political signs. which shall be removed within thirty (30) days after an election.
§ 228-12. Violations and penalties.
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate, disobey, omit, neglect or refuse to comply with any provisions of this chapter shall be, upon a conviction thereof, subject to a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.), and each and every day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
