Question: Is it true the Mayor & Township Committee members voted themselves pay raises as some residents noted at the July 10, 2007 meeting?

Answer: No it is not true. In fact the salaries of the Mayor and Township Committee have not changed since their adoption on March 9, 1977.

Current Mayor salary is $12,721. and current Committee members salary is $8,847.
