* "FIGHTING FOR WINSLOW TAXPAYERS"

Flamini announces he voted against last year's water increase, but failed to mention he was part of the political team that failed to address water and sewer rates in a more gradual manner.

CLICK HERE to review a 2004 letter (and public record) previously uncovered by UNofficially Winslow. Flamini was a member of the majority party in control of Winslow Township, when this document was received by Winslow Township.

* "FIGHTING FOR WINSLOW SCHOOLS"

Flamini's rhetoric speaks about how he advocates smart growth and controlled development in Winslow Township. Flamini failed to mention that he voted in favor of selling off township owned open space to developers.
Click here for the public record of Flamini voting in favor of the public land sale.

Click Here for the public record containing a list of the successful bidders of the public land sale. How many of these names can you identify as developers? Why couldn't Flamini do the same? Did his previous political campaigns sell out Winslow residents to developers?

* "FIGHTING FOR WARD 4"

When a developer wanted to over build a parcel of land with 504 new homes near Donio Park, Flamini failed to show up for a Zoning Board meeting to support the residents. When the Zoning meeting was suspended, at the request of the developer, Flamini failed to support the residents, or even show an interest, in ward four, when he failed to attend an informal community meeting in a rented banquet hall with the developer. Right in ward 4.

UNofficially Reported:

CONDOMINIUMS, STORES, AND YET ANOTHER BILLBOARD WERE BEING DISCUSSED FOR SICKLERVILLE. RESIDENTS DISTRIBUTED 2500 FLIERS IN SEVEN SUBDIVISIONS TO ENCOURAGE OTHER RESIDENTS TO ATTEND A ZONING BOARD MEETING ON WEDNESDAY JUNE 8, 2005....WHY WASN'T CHUCK FLAMINI , THE WARD 4 COMMITTEEMAN, THERE? (Click here for the complete report.)

In an effort to help locate Committeeman Flamini, UNofficially Winslow posted a picture of the missing Committeeman on a milk carton. UNofficially Winslow still maintains all postings and related Courier-Post articles on this website.
