I saw a Russell Bates running for mayor advertisement on a billboard that I believe is near Factory Road and Route 73. The words near his picture said, "The REAL Democrat". I used to go to Edgewood where Mr. Bates used to teach (and possible is still teaching). Teachers are supposed to have integrity and not be slimy dirtballs. Unfortunately since he is dabling in politics he feels it must be ok to have those qualities.

Suppose you are a non-Christian who converts to Christianity and you go to his church and he looks at you and says, "Don't pay attention to him, I'm the REAL Christian."

I CAN REMEMBER WATCHING THE TOWN MEETING YEARS AGO WHEN BATES TOOK UP ROOM ON THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE. THERE WAS A LENGHTLY DISCUSSION REGARDING THE BUILDING ADDITIONS TO THE HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL. MILLIONS OF DOLLARS , QUESTIONS OF BONDING, CONTRACTORS,TIME FRAMES, TAX IMPACT,ETC ETC. HUNDREDS OF DECISIONS TO BE RESOLVED. MR. BATES' LONE QUESTION WAS "WHAT DEGREE OF GRADING IS THE TRACK GOING TO BE." NOW HE WANTS TO BE MAYOR? HE DID ENOUGH DAMAGE WHEN HE WAS ON COMMITTEE, JUST THINK WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF HE WAS MAYOR.....FROM THE GOIN BROKE TAXPAYER ...
