Did Flamini forget to check with Holcomb?

Previously, UNofficially Winslow reported on Flamini's discussion of Robert's Rules of Order. And how ultimately Flamini along with Holcomb, Lawrence, and DiFabio voted against the adoption of Robert's Rules of Order. (Click here to review.)

Hello-
This is John Q. Public hereā€¦.
I was just wondering if you knew anything about the board of education web sites and when we might be able to get access to them again and also how we can get a schedule for the board of education meetings?

I was hoping to find some good info on your site!

Thank you much,

John Q.

UNofficially Winslow Replies:

Thank you for your email.
The next school board meeting is scheduled for this evening at 7:00 P.M. The location is the Winslow Middle School. Related to your concerns about the lack of a website for the school district is an article that appeared in today's Courier-Post.

Please click here to review the Courier-Post article on access to public information.

UPDATE:
Readers of UNofficially Winslow have provided this link to the school district's website.

Subject: Boo-hoo - poor unreprestented Ward 3!

I am watching the repeat of the meeting from 2 weeks ago (I was attending the board of education meeting that night). I am highly enjoying the grandstanding of Barbara Holcomb and Marie Lawrence - Ward 3 is isolated, ad nauseam. I love how the Democratic members pout over the majority vote during each resolution. I particularly loved hearing how FAIR Barbara Holcomb thought she was when the Democratic party was in control.

Do you suppose that Ward 3 is not represented on the school board subcommittee because it would prevent the Board of Education from addressing a HUGE problem that comes from Ward 3 - - - ILLEGAL STUDENTS? Maybe that's why they are so upset? And obviously, they can't officially manhandle the school board.

I nominate Barbara and Marie for best actress awards - and the Academy Award goes to..........!!!

Who's who in Winslow Township
UNofficially Winslow notes that Missy the clown clowned around with Holcomb during the November 2003 election. Missy found out that she was not eligible to hold the public office of ward 3 committeewoman after she successfully won the seat. Holcomb, who lost the bid for the Mayor's seat, ran for now vacant seat (her old committee seat) in a very expensive special election financed by the taxpayers of Winslow Township.
